In America and other developed countries, the trend of fast food is increasing very fast. People want quick food they want everything to be done quickly without any waiting. People want to do less work out; they want everything to be done by machines, which are the major cause of obesity. Almost half of the Americans are fighting with obesity - the reason is they prefer machines rather than doing a simple task by themselves. By this, an individual become less productive and is unable to work as hard as he can compare to others regardless the frequency of effort he put in the work. The point is how this issue can be resolved? Through dieting, gym, walking?
Walkingfor weight loss is the best method to reduce weight. Jogging and walking are the best ways to reduce weight. A study shows that a person who goes to gym and do hard training loses less weight then a person who does not go to gym but do his tasks by himself. The idea is to keep your body in motion no matter how minimal the motion is. Walking for weight loss, works when the person walks at least 30-45 minutes and 5 times a week. A 45 minutes walk helps to burn 240 calories and in order to reduce one pound a person needs to burn 500 calories a day. It clears that walking for weight loss is not that difficult. Out of 24 hours, a person needs to give 2 hours maximum a day. So walking for weight loss is effective if you are motivated enough to get rid of your heavy weight and stubborn body fat.
As discussed earlier, people should make it their habit that whenever they go to their work they should try to use cycle or walk to their office. It would save the time as well as be good for their health. Walking for weight loss strengthen muscles and walking in the morning helps you inhale oxygen because in the morning plants exhale oxygen. The environment is full of it so it increases the oxygen level in your body when you do walking for weight loss in the morning. Walking in the daylight helps your body to absorb vitamin D as the sun light contains a lot of vitamin D. Vitamin D helps your bones to get stronger and also reduces the risk of osteoporosis.
In the end, it is strongly suggested adopting walking as a remedy for weight loss. Everyone wants to be fit but the most difficult part is to manage time. Walking for weight loss is the best way to easily manage time because walking does not take any extra time or effort you can do walk along with the work you are doing. So, walk for weight loss.
